How Obsessed With HP Are You?
I found this quiz via del.icio.us the other day. It’s the The Harry Potter Obsession Quiz. It aims to tell you just how obsessed you are with the bespectacled one. According to the quiz, I’m 44% obsessed with Harry Potter. That’s full-blown fandom but I don’t need to see a psychologist (yet).
Give it a try and then report your answers here in the comments. I’m actually quite interested in just how obsessed the average Potter fan is (surely another sign of my obsession). Take note that the quiz is 125 questions long (they’re quick though) and that the quiz appears to be a bit outdated, as it refers to book 5, Order of the Phoenix, but not book six or even the Prisoner of Azkaban movie.

I think what put me higher was the owning of Harry Potter merchandise. Which is not entirely my fault. My family, a bunch of enablers all, feed my habit by buying me Potter stuff. I got the calender, the PC game, and the soundtrack for Christmas.

I am 27% obsessed with Harry Potter. I blame having a toddler for not having an even higher score on this. I’m sure I can double that number as soon as she’s old enough to drag into the depths with me!

40%, i don’t think that quiz was very reliable, though. There’s no possible way i could do some of that stuff, even though i would probably would if i could, but at least im a full time harry potter fan

Should I be concerned? I got 91% and answered honestly. Despite the obsession, I actually would consider myself to have an extremely active social life. Odd.

well,i am 106% obsessed with harry potter.it really doesnt surprise me.i mean,i actually learned french, german and spanish in order to read the books in those languages.im just surprised that i didnt get higher.of course,i cant possibly be some of this.it is humanly impossible.the questions should all be something everyone can do/be/have.im quite excited now.

Well I got 75% on this quiz and I was a bit dissapointed. I expected it to be much higher. But I also took a similar one a little while after I took this one and it graded me 108% obsessed. The second one I took was a little more recent, though, so I’m sure if I took one that included The Goblet of Fire and the Half-Blood Prince, I would be WAY too obsessed!!! I think someone shoud make a new up-to-date one that doesn’t have some of those pointless questions and includes more obsessivey questions, such as the hair cut one.

Im 94% obsessed with HP. Be afraid, be very afraid. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Harry Potter, I eat, breath and sleep it. I have HP dreams and I zone out in the middle of the day just thinking about what I think will happen next. People think that I need help, because its pretty much all I talk about.

I got 91% on it, and answered totally truthfully! (I’m upset with myself. Must be getting rusty…:) And i am also in therepy against my own free will, (I mean, I ask for 3 posters, 2 sets of books, 5 different shirts, 3 sweatshirts, two soundtrack cd’s, all harry potter themed, and a plane ticket to edinburg, instead, i get therepy and a pink phone. I know, pink! at least get me red and/or gold!) but ive seriously considered half of it!!!
